The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) expects front line leaders and workers to support a strong safety culture where "safe performance of work and involvement of workers in all aspects of work performance are core values." The purpose of this course is to train DOE federal and contractor front line leaders on how to establish and maintain a trusting and collaborative safety culture where all employees feel free to raise concerns.
